Bulkhead fittings. Lately, I've been buying all my fittings from this guy: http://www.getfast1.com/

Yea, the shitty part about Hyundai is the plastic valve covers. Wish we could weld to them like other brands.

This one is for anyone, turbocharged or not. Even though it's been mentioned before a decade ago, I'm still seeing people using ugly worm gear hose clamps. If you are, buy these instead:

That kit should cover all your needs plus have extras. Fuel injection clamps do not bite into the hose and clamp down much stronger than regular hose clamps. And they look better for you "show" guys.

Cheers, I'll be giving that a go fairly soon.

A little off topic and I know this has been discussed so may times before but I would like your opinion on the following setup:

I currently have mine vented like the above but without Catch Can 1 and the BOV recirculation...

So you've got:

- 2 x AN10 lines to the catch can which is vented to atmosphere

- 1 x AN10 line running to the back of the block

- 1 x AN10 running to the top of the oil pan?

- All stock locations bunged up?

Correct, but I'm only running this many lines because I'll be pushing so much boost with larger ring gaps. With a mild turbo setup, you'd only need (2) 10an lines out of the valve cover to be safe.

And yes, all other holes are plugged.

Awesome, well it may be an overkill but if you are going to do it, then you may as well do it properly

So really if you didn't have the enlarged ring gaps you wouldn't bother venting the block? Do you have a photo?

Anyway, best of luck, its looks like quite a beast you have there!

I used a large ring gap because I plan to make tons of power. If I intended to make only 300-400hp, then I would have used a much smaller gap.

That's a serious catch can setup! It looks great.

I only have a single -12an line coming off my valve cover and have eliminated the oil in compressor inlet issue I was having. 31 PSI with no issues here, though I'd have to find the engine build sheet to know the ring gaps. I think they were still in spec. jut on the high side.

looks good Jon, issues always seem to come up when you least hope they do. Why can't building fast cars be easier...

Better to be safe than sorry. I would look into adding at least one more line. I'm currently kicking myself for not doing this sooner as having too much pressure blew out the main cap seal. That means separating the motor/trans!

Sometimes it seems like it comes up on me more than anyone else. I swear I spend more time diagnosing stupid little issues than actually building the thing. Long ago, I used to shrug it off, fix the issue and move on. Now that I'm older, my patience for these issues seems to get thinner. The only thing keeping me going is remembering how fun the car was to drive.

Any chance we'll see another Hyundai build from you?
