I have a custom exhaust, with meghan headers. 2.5" all the way back, with a single cat. Both my sensors right now are before the cat, i was thinking about getting a bung welded in behind my cat, because I can't get the bank 1 sensor 2 for heated 02 to stop coming on, so I may just do that, and then stick the new sensor in the old 02 hole.
Do you think that'd work or are they different thread sizes?

Will do, I may order the tuning kit you sell once I get my tax refund, that way I can get that all in, and have it running for a bit before I get the turbo, as it would probably be another few months before I can get enough to order the turbo kit.
Edit: Also, I was thinking about ordering your fuel system package as well, would that hurt anything replacing the pump and fpr, and keeping the stock injectors? What about with the green tops? I'm assuming I should wait to plug those up until I have the turbo hooked up so that it can get enough air.

you could install the tuning system and the fuel system before any turbo stuff. With the fuel system, you would just adjust it to stock pressure and everything would be exactly the same as it is now.
With the FIC, you would just keep all the maps zero'd out and your car would feel just like it does now with both the tuning and fuel system hooked up.
I wouldn't put the injectors in until you are boosted as you would have to create fuel maps to subtract fuel (i believe) if there is no scaling option

Alright, hopefully I'll have the money to order both, as I've been havin little problems with my car, and maybe I can get it resolved.
Off topic, but I didn't want to make a whole new thread for just 1 little question. My car is idling high, and when I'm cruising at highway speed and let off the throttle (I.E. going down a hill) the smell of gas is really strong. This also happens at WOT, but I havn't noticed it at idle. I measured the resistances on the IAC side, and got normal readings on 1-2, but I can't remember what I got on 2-3, I was thinking I got about 24.5, but now I'm thinking that was across 1-3, which I think should be about right. I'll check 2-3 tomorrow, and will hopefully get a chance in class within the next month to do a compression test.
Edit: I re-took measurements today, the IAC resistances were fine.
