There are several ways of making one dirt cheap.
One way is to take your fuel rail and the fitting over to a welder and have them weld it on. Shouldn't cost over $15 total.
Another way is to find the plate that goes on the intake side of the fuel rail from a junkyard. Cut off the metal tube from it, then weld on a fitting to that. This is the way I did it so that the rail stays in one piece.

OR, you use a b&m command flo for honda. They fit perfectly. You just need to cut your oem fpr in two and install the b&m unit. Takes 5min, no need for a flange on the fuel rail, no need for a braket to mount it somewhere else. The unit is cheap, around 60US$, 80US$ with the fuel pressure guage that also fits our fuel filter unit. The B&M frp is, by far, the best bang/buck for our cars.

tap your stock fuel rail for 3/8 NPT then you'll be able to use what ever fitting/hoses you want
will cost pennies to have it done at a local machine shop
