Why are you going with a 50 trim when you can choose something bigger for the same price like a 57 or 60 trim?

I would use the 57 or 60 trim compressor wheels. I knnow your HP goal now is not as high but in the future you will be going for more power cool.gif

The 57 trim makes more power at all boost levels than the 50 trim. While the 60 trim would make abit more power The only thing that you would notice if a compressor was less or more efficient is the intake air temp differences. To be honest if you have an efficient intercooler, you really dont need to worry about a difference of 10-15% compressor efficiency even at different pressure ratios. The intercooler just has to dissapate more heat, which it should easily be able to do.

GO 57 TRIM! More power then the 50 trim ! same boost pressure for the same price smile.gif

When mating both of those compressor wheels to the same turbine wheel, you are going to have the same spool characteristics. There maybe a 100-200 Rpm spool difference nothing you would notice on the street.

The 57 trim is just a better bang for the buck
