I can't remember but can the SMT8 datalog the TPS percent and voltages? May be worth it to do a quick datalog with engine off and go very slowly through the TPS range and then look back at the log. I know you've tried many TPS sensors but maybe this could expose some weird short in the TPS wiring.

Sorry guys been busy these days and couldn't work on the car.

Car is definitely not as thirsty as before

03tibe85 i've done that a month ago and no success. I told you before the problem is there ONLY when car is under load. Will do a log when it's hot.

It should be the f*cking TPS and the problem is getting worse! When I step on the gas it doesn't go quiet every time. Today it was misfiring for second or two before it went back to normal.

I'm not sure why you refuse to remove the SMT8 and take the wiring back to stock for now? Is it time? Patience? Stubborn? Lazy?

As I've said you need to start removing variables from the equation till you get A + B = C.

If you refuse to do that that neither I nor anyone else on this forum can help you.

03tibe85 I told I'm busy as f*ck these days. Working as hard as I can, cause I need money for my house. Big plans for the end of the summer. I want to go to vacation , cause last summer wasn't able to.

I did almost everything that we covered in this topic. Later today I will remove the SMT8 and see what's up.

I know that I have to remove variables from the equation, but when you don't have time and all of the things you've tried were total waste of time... it's hard to find that extra motivation.

The turbo process will wait , cause if the SMT8 is not working properly will get rid of it and will buy some stand alone.

All I'm thinking about these days is MONEY, MONEY and some more MONEY !!!

Have to pay to play!!!!

If as you've said the problem existed before the SMT8 install then maybe removing it will let you figure out where the problem actually is. Maybe its just a frayed wire that sometimes shorts out?
