No!
I was sure it is not the SMT8, but I removed it just to be sure... and the problem was still there !!!
After that I was thinking what else could it be ?! Bought new fuel pump, changed it for 15mins ... and still the same sh*t !!!
Made two logs and everythings seems ok! TPS, MAP , o2 and so on. At the time when it bogs and misfires all the readings are ok?!
I'm not sure what to do next and I might change the TPS just to rule it out.
Thank you for sticking with me during this !

Intermittent Misfire
Intermittent misfires are the worst kind to diagnose because the misfire comes and goes depending on engine load or operating conditions. They may seem to occur for no apparent reason. The engine may only misfire and run rough when cold but then smooth out as it warms up. Or, it may start and idle fine but then misfire or hesitate when it comes under load. Also, it may run fine most of the time but suddenly misfire or cut out for no apparent reason. The most likely cause in this situation would be an ignition-related fault such as a spark plug or plug wire that is shorting out, possibly a bad coil or coil wiring connection, or maybe even a bad or erratic crank position sensor signal.
Found this and the only thing that I did not test is the coil wiring connection...

Do you have a friend with a car like yours. You can start swapping out parts to see if they work well in his car. That it like a last resort thing.
Did you swap out the computer?
