Wow, that's really cool... I'd have never guessed that stock mitu parts work fairly well with Hyundai stuff.

As a side question; I have a TEO4H just sitting in my garage. Could that turbo (or would I not want to) be used on my tiburon with that 4g63 manifold?

i just worked out some trade on a complete 91 eclipse complete turbo unit (whatever all bolts to the manifold), a waste gate and possibly inter cooler. now my question is is it possible to mod my exhaust and make this a bolt on(relocating washer fluid tank for inter cooler)? basically what all is involved?

the intercooler on a 91 is a side mount behind the fog lights, not side mount as in side of motor bay.
u wuldnt need to relocate ur washerfluid i dont think, really its just a nozzle comming up that may possibly get in the way, but the stock hoses on the 91 are rubbery and flexible, so u ought to be able to get around it.
maybe im confused...ecplise turbo parts to tib right? including stock intercooler and piping?

if thats it then i shuld be right. also i have the stock intercooler and plumbing/bov..everything from a 90 if ur interested.

the SMIC from a dsm wont fit on our cars unless the washer tank is moved.. its pretty big under that nozzle area. and you would need that area to put the SMIC piping thru.. it can be done though.

i was looking at doing a dsm turbo kit on my tib before i went with my kit.

either way, i would put the SMIC RIGHT behind the passenger fog light hole instead of in the stock location that its at on a dsm. you would just need to refab up some IC piping.

i don't remember the complications that you will go through with the exhaust though.. i haven't worked on a dsm in over 4 years so im kinda rusty on the locations of things..

best way to get an idea of things it just go outside and mock it up and see if its anywhere close to fitting.
