realy? who Adam? I suggest that there be a way to be put on trial and like have your warning reviewed by a series of Jurors(mods) and a Judge (Java)

Thanks for opening this back up for a sec Spart.
Umm about your guys' comments about For-sale and Group Buys.....
It is the person whos running the GB's responsibility to contact members about status changes.
If someone running a sale gets banned.....too bad, they may have just lost a sale.....
BUT if that someone is banned and another member wants something that they are selling, its THIER (the other members) responsibility to contact the seller.......not everything HAS to happen in the forums......It would be nice if it worked that way, but thats very unrealistic.
