Hey, Autobot, nice reply. The whole spelling thing was funny.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>You rely on a board inorder to figure out what is wrong with your car!</div>Correction: This board relies on Red to figure out what is wrong with our cars. Maybe before you go crazy go nuts with flames you should read what a user has already posted. Red is one of the most respected persons on ANY Hyundai board, calling him a back yard mechanic just lost all business for you from any member of this board.

Ok, it's official, you are a (Non spelling) idiot.

We use these boards to find out what works and what doesn't. We use them to find out who to go to for work and who (Obviously you!) not to. We use them to keep in touch and spread ideas and concerns about tuning our cars.

We don't come here to hear from freaks like you.

The internet is all trust. I trust that Random is who he says he is thru his actions. I trust Spike and Kate because I've met them and know who they are and they don't do me wrong. I trust and belive alot of what folks here say, but not you. You won't even TRY to get our respect.

Go fork yourself.

BTW, I highly doubt 25-30 people have left this or any of the boards combined to get advice from him. In fact, I seriously doubt he has even met that many people from these boards. So that statements gets a big

2k1bottlefed, I have never seen your car out on the street (accent) and there are not that many Hyundai aftermarket supporters in the city of Milwaukee to take 25-30 people away from this board. Last time I looked there were only like 15 paying TeamSr members in the state of Wisconsin and I do not see any Hyundais hooked up around here. Everyone is all about the HonDUH's! The only accent I see is J Skid's black 96 accent with aluminum wing and black Konigs (has a TeamSr sticker on front windshield). I am not trying to bash on you like a lot of the members from this board have already done, but if you are gonna try and make some friends on this board, dude just relax and keep your cool bro! I have heard and gone through HiPerformance in West Allis, and everyone that I talk to that had work done or bought something from them basically got screwed. I have heard about Rev Tech, where is it located? My car is basically a piece of **** and maybe someday I could bring it to you guys if you do reasonable work.(auto to manual swap) I drive a 97 red Tib- when it's not in the shop for crap engine or tranny work flaming_ My girlfriend also has a 97 tib (purple with full kit- fenders and 17's) if you see us around give us a holla! Once in a while us Hyundai people do have meets where we show off our cars, but that was when everyone was a TeamSr member and could access the boards. These days we just run into each other- sometimes on HWY 100. Maybe we can all get together again and catch up on things and check out your skills. See ya around,
Nick

Since I already have dual legs, dual arms, dual eyes, dual ears, dual nasal cavities and dual testicles, I think I've got enough dual for one person. Maybe in the future, we can duel like I used to on FXTreme with Eyescream and Tommy smile.gif

So you went to a community college for a degree "program" that doesn't even exist in a national standardized accredited college program. You now work at a franchise dealership performing oil changes, timing belt swaps and troubleshooting faulty tail lamps. Your previous experience is working at a rice shop who's primary selling point was likely blue "HID-alikes", AEM intakes and GREDDY exhausts. And through it all, you picked up a "Master ASE" cert.

I know a dozen different Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers who couldn't figure out Active Directory group policy if it hit them on the head, fell onto the ground in front of their feet and wiggled around. I also know more than a few ASE's who diagnose wheel bearing noise as faulty brakes, don't understand how camber works in a multilink suspension car, and don't know exactly why your computer throws a check engine light after the car gets in a rear end collision.

That doesn't mean you're one of those ASE's, but having a piece of paper in a frame saying you're an ASE is about as convincing as your associates degree... And is just that much more convincing now that you work at a dealership as a technical grunt.

There is only ONE person at my Hyundai dealership that I will even let TOUCH my car, and he is better than 40 years old and has been racing since he was 16. Even he has a few misguessings at the equipment I'm running, especially the Haltech unit. Even with his experience and Master ASE cert, he still doesn't really understand anything to do with electronic fuel injection tuning -- mostly because ASE's don't NEED to know EFI tuning. They only need to know how to get the damned things back together and how to use the OBD2 scantool smile.gif

So let's continue with the rest of your so-called argument:
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>You don't own ****! I will work you sorry *** around a car any day! You piece of **** backyard machanic. What you worked at midas as a lube tech and now you think you can wrench! shut your piece of **** mouth! I don't need your **** nor do I need this board!</div>Oh I see, so you have nothing else to back ANY of your statements, so you just try to attack some made-up past in a fleeting last-ditch-attempt to somehow counter all the problems you have. Well, I have never worked at a Midas, nor have I worked at some prestigious dealership. My resume is none of your concern, and your resume is basically not showing me much either.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>I know of like 25-30 people who use to use this board, but instead they now call me! any you dumb ****? People calling you for your car prowless? oh ya no!</div>Hehe, well I'm not even sure that warrants a response. If you think nobody calls me, emails me, PM's me or hell even posts to me regarding questions and problems with their cars, then obviously that's your opinion. In America, people are welcome to their opinions, regardless of how delusional they are smile.gif

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>I make $28 an hour at my job doind the exact thing you say I can't!? seeing as though that is a lot off money at my dealer I think your dumb *** is owened!</div>Oh, so you make $28 an hour working at a dealership? No, you don't. As anyone working at a dealership would know, you don't get paid per-hour, you get paid per job. A brake job is a "three hour" job, even if it only takes you 90 minutes. A timing belt replacement is a "four hour" job, even if it only takes you two and a half hours. Linear time is not how your payout is calculated. And if nothing is breaking on that given day, then you basically are making only minimum wage so the dealership complies with federal law.

And by the way, $28/hr might be a lot at a dealership, but there ARE better paying jobs out there smile.gif
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>Also you can do nothing wrong building an engine and have soething go wrong! Have you ever heard of part failure!</div>So tell me, oh master of the ASE, how exactly does a piston burn itself? Is it because of part failure? Or was it your failure to tune it right? smile.gif Forged pistons are built to very exacting tolerances; Ross sends out a complete datasheet per piston that explicitly lists every detail of the piston. Diameter at three different points and skirt depth are all calculated by a quarter million dollar laser-micrometer jig. Weight and balance of the piston are confirmed and measured by a near-million dollar machining jig.

So you mean to tell me that your vast experience somehow outweighs your piston manufacturer's billion dollar R&D budget, and that somehow their faulty part is the reason for your burnt part?

I'll let someone else fly the flag on that. smile.gif
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>Untill you have the balls to drag your faggot *** down here and talk your faggot **** to my face shut you bitch *** up!</div>Yup, since you've completely lost (or basically, never actually had) any sort of logical thinking process, you can only resort to your little inner child: I'm gonna beat you up!

What ever happened to people actually presenting a logical thought process and arguing a point? What ever happened to you proving me wrong with timeslips, pictures, a copy of the title and registration, etc?

Have a good day working at the dealership getting your biweekly paystub for "$28 an hour" Make great use of that advanced associates degree so you can continue putting me in my place

Umm, so let me get this straight. . . you make $28/hour and drive/own a Hyundai Accent?
Hmm Something about THAT just doesn't click with me.
I'm sorry I'm about to say this to all the loyalists, but when I'm making that kinda money, I'm NOT driving an Accent. rolleyes.gif

My daily driver baby:
smile.gif Maxima SE-L, black leather interior, like 7-way adjustable seats, electric butt warmers , BOSE stereo that I went ahead and put the 6-disc upgrade in, full climate control, you name it. I think the only option it didn't come with was ABS, which is fine by me.

The Tiburon (aka Hyundaiproject) is the playtoy, the last tank of gas I put in it was September the 3rd of 2002. It finally came out of winter hibernation this last weekend, and now actually has another tank of gas in it (that has like 150 miles on it, since I drove it the long way to Santa Fe on Saturday to try loosening up the stuck injector)

Granted, I could probably do a lot better, but most of my money goes into what little bills I have left and savings for moving and a new house. I think the only person on this board that knows how much I make is Random, and I think he can attest that it's certainly enough to be comfortable.

Especially in a state where the average male's annual wage is $17,000
