<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (enigo @ Apr 13 2007, 09:26 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Meh... was just joking a little bit. Honestly didn't see any pictures of your antenna on a RD1 or 2, and since its a RD forum, thought you might post a pic or 2 of your antenna installed.

As to why its so cheap on ebay? Probably because they make tons of antennas and can mass-produce them...

Honestly if you want to sell them, don't make your potential customers search through a 5 page thread on another forum to find a picture.</div>

I don't understand some guys around here, we are always complaining about a lack of choice in Tiburon tuner parts. This guy offers a new part at a great price and guys aound here piss and moan about the price and how ebay sells them cheaper. It is because of posts like this^^^(Enigo) that nobody makes new parts for our cars. The guy made a point of coming over and offering us a new new part and we rip him.....about as classy as a a Klik sandwich!!!!

I kinda wondered if that was a Canadian thing...Klik is like Spam. (If you don't have Spam or Klik you're not missing much...mostly pig gentials and cow lips, and all the stuff that Mcdonalds and hot dog manufactures think are too gross to put in their food

McCain, I'm sorry for all the OT and BS going on in here, this is really the first I've seen of it. It'll be taken care of.

Thanks for bringing over some new stuff, and again, if you want a RD to do some R&D for, let us know, we are ALWAYS up for more stuff.

BTW, I'd pick one up from you, but I rock my power antenna in the down position. REALLY short. LOL

The antennas look good, much better than stock. I don't doubt their reception. I was just offering the fact that AutoZone does carry a short antenna. I actually went ot AutoZone to check on my lunch break, and the one near work did not have them. It's possible they don't carry them anymore.

Good job Paul on creating some classy antennas fing02.gif Good luck with the sales</div>

Thanks man. It's cool, I was too distracted by your hilarious avatar (or the clip it portrays) to notice.

Bah, last post I'll make in this thread short of buying an antenna.

I wasn't ripping into him, I wasn't complaining about the price. I know $25 for a homemade part (shipped no less) is a good deal. I had considered upgrading my antenna, and looked around, and the ebay one seemed to be the best choice. So I asked a comparison of the 2, why buy from Paul. This would answer my questions as well as anyone who already/thought about getting has an ebay one.

There seem to be good reason and evidence to back Paul up that his product is superior. Great, that clears up many questions off the bat. People posted what problems were with the ebay and Paul pointed the strengths of his product.

Having a pic of it on a RD (all of em are on GKs that are pictured) would tell people whether if its their taste or not, and so I asked for one.

If I came off as an ass, Paul, I'm sorry, the hostile intent wasn't there, probably just the shitty mood of workin' on the car with no results. Now les stay on topic ^^
