Some tibs, mostly those that have California emissions (I hope I spelled that right) have two cats. Other Tibs, like those in Texas (where nobody gives a damn about pollution) have only one cat and one resonator...trust me. I have a 2000 Tib if this helps any.

Default clock lense install

I can back that statement up. I got my 2000 Tib in Kansas and I only have one of each. Question what will give more power for the auto the 4-1 or the 4-2-1? If I had to guess it would be the 4-2-1. I have the 4-1 but I want the header for the higher RPM range, I'll other things for off the line power.

Its hard breaking into the 15's.. It took a buttload of mods for me to do it... I ran a 15.95 with AEM CAI, UR Crank pulley, 4-2-1 Header, BIM, BTB, Fidanza Flywheel, Spec Stage 3 clutch, SR Shortshifter, Front and rear strut bars, B&G Lowering springs, KYB struts. But when I added nitrous I ran a 15.1 smile.gif

Hmmmm, no offence but you either not a great driver or there is something wrong with your car.
I run 16.4 with just a WAI, and 16.00 with WAI and a 4-1 header. by putting bald tires and smoking them before race I dropped my time .2 second, so if I had 4-1 header my WAI and bald tires I would definitely be in 15s smile.gif
Now, lets make a real CAI, take everything out of my car, add exhaust with header and I will run 15.5 at least smile.gif
I think you should be running mid 14s with all the mods that you have and Nitrous....

Really OP, there are lots of things that will vary it.

Altitude will vary your 1/4 mile times. Try pulling a 16.5 up here in ABQ. Bet you barely break into the 16's at all.

Humidity.

Temperature.

HP isn't a constant unless your environment is.

Also, you got the different weights of the cars, weights of drivers, accessories, condition of the car, all sorts of stuff.
