Your car should be a mid 16 second car and so is his. So, it should be a pretty close race IMO.

I know for a fact that 98+ V6 Camaros run mid to low 15's stock with 5 speed. 96 had a less powerful engine and being an auto it would be somewhere in 16 second range, right where auto I/H/E tibby is.

OP and I seem to be in the high range with I/H/E... manual should be 15.1-15.5.

 

I doubt that you would beat him if its auto...it is was manuel then you would almost certainly take him.

 

I beat an RS with a Manual tibby....but your's being an auto... I dunno. Give it a shot. the worst thing that can happen is that you loose! lmao.gif
