Croatia played very bad against the Ecuador underdoggs, that was fine and dandy. When I found out that Italy and Mexico decided to keep the score the same so both advance......I smell a Rich Investor!

You would think they would do a better job of covering up a scandel....hmmmm....guess not.

and dont use the excuse of Croatia having the Refs and others help from the 2 goals that were taken away.

Remember that Italy had another off-side goal in the Mexico game that was taken away from them.
They should learn the rules before they get worked up about them.

Yes Portugal is now out.....soooooo many years of waiting to see my team....da dream team....that will never be as good as it is 2day, leave the world cup. I can look forward to Euro 2004 but for now let me get some steam off me.....I think JOA PINTO IS A FACKING MORON. I HATE HIM! nuff said...also Olivera really doesn't know how to coach. But I'm not gonna blame anyone but Figo and Rui Costa....da POWERHOUSES weren't 100%...it's said but true Portugal is gone. I am a big soccer enthusist and I think this world cup sucks....not because portugal lost but because greats like Zidane and Figo and Batistuda aren't playing and aren't 100% and plus Why the Fack is it in Korea anyways....I should be in Europe or the Americas...I don't want to wake up at 5 and 7 in da morning to watch a freggin' game. And no fans are gonna fly to japon to watch soccer...if it was germany or brazil or argentina or fance, spain...We'd see a more varitey of fans....anyways Fack Da world cup I hope Italy loses rite away cause there fans are already pissing me off.......and Brazil will win.....actually hopefully Korea wins... : )

I don't think I can take much more of this. First the Leafs, now this!

Portugal deserved the red card on Jao Pinto... it was a dumb, dangerous tackle at a time when it was completely unneccessary. I had a feeling discipline would cost this team. The second yellow card to Quim Beto was B.S. that was clearly a dive and he should NOT have been sent off for that. I will not bitch though and will accept loss to the better team today.

How can you say Portugal was over-rated? How stupid a comment can you make? A team is not over rated when they've been ranked 4th in the world and now 6th for the last year or so. This Portuguese team had beaten England in the Euro Cup and had tied Brazil in a friendly. rolleyes.gif

It's funny how some of you guys pay a small amount of attention to this sport every 4 years and still have gull to make un-educated comments.
