The company I use to host Hyundai Aftermarket is Dreamhost. They are a FANTASTIC company, and they're having a mega sale going on now:

You get unlimited disc space & bandwidth, plus domain ragistration, and a full years worth of hosting for only $9.24. I'm pretty sure this is a shared hosting plan and not dedicated, but those of you that are looking to build a basic website or something fun....thats all you need.
I have a dedicated server through them, so my service is perfect with next to no downtime. I'm pretty sure their shared plans are the same. But jump on this offer if you can. You only have until the end of today!

I can also rep their service, I've used them for web hosting for the past 4 years now. That's about as cheap as you'll find it too, normal hosting price is like $115/year or some such. If anyone signs up and wants to add "russellfamily7771@netzero.com" as their referrer I'd be obliged, means I'll get payed if you stick around for a second year.

It depends on what package you want as far as fee's after the initial one year. I think their packages start around $10/month. Not sure. I pay my dedicated server plans in yearly payments, so I dont know too much about the shared hosting plans they have.

what would the renewing fees be? I have my stuff @ GoDaddy that needs to be renewed by May. Can I have this take its place somehow, keeping the same domain?
You can sign up at dreamhost and transfer the domain from GoDaddy to Dreamhost, the complicated part is getting GoDaddy to give it up. As a web developer I can tell you that the control panel is a LOT better with dreamhost then with GoDaddy. Renewal a year from now is like $115 or $120, which is about average. Any other questions let me know.
