6 months of regular UI, then up to 2 extensions. Not everyone can get the extensions though. I probably could, but I would basically be forced to take any job offered at that point.

 

yeah, but everyone who even pretends to be looking for work gets the extension from 6 months to a year.

it's the year to 18 months extension that's harder to get.

 

Yeah, it won't be too hard to get the 1 year extension, but with law/rule changes possible it's not too wise to count on it either. Especially with Gregoire's cost cutting going on. Never know what she'll cut.

On the plus side I just have to go to the city and get my $35 business license now. I ordered business cards today.
