Ramen noodles

1. boil water
2. put noodles in
3. put seasoning in
4. ramen noodles.

I like to add oregano to mine for extra flavor.

Actually I do have a good chipotle pasta dish I made up, its pretty good. I'll have to take the time to write it out.

haha, your recipe was great, lol. same way i make em too.

BBQ chicken. its awesome.

-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
-2 cups BBq sauce, whichever kind you prefer
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 onion
-1 stick of butter/ or margarine.

sautee onions in butter, until they get to be as sauteed as you like them. mix the honey, BBQ sauce, and sugar together well. then, using a frying pan (which you probably already have used to sautee the onions) add the chicken on top of the onions. then, pour the sauce over the chicken. usually, depending on the thickness and size of the chicken, it takes about 20 minutes, on medium heat. every so often, just spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.

^^ I'm going to have to try some of those. Btw... I wouldn't go announcing you're a pole unless you want the mad polock jokes flying......

Shes not embarassed to be polish, and if the polish jokes started flying the person would be disciplined just like if somebody was to come on here throwing black jokes around.

I thought of this one night while I was trying to fall asleep.

Dinner for two: Pacific Porkchops

1/2 can Pineapple chunks
1 small-med Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp minced FRESH Ginger
1/4 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice (Not the stuff in a carton! Straight from the fruit, please!)
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice (I bought canned pineapple chunks to go in this, but I ate them and saved the juice. Next time, I guess I'll buy two cans!)
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 tsp of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 pinch of finely chopped fresh Rosemary (& I mean a PINCH! A little Rosemary goes a loooong way.)
1 clove of fresh Garlic, minced
4 boneless Pork Chops
Just enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the bottom of your favorite nonstick skillet!

Combine the Ginger, the Orange Juice, the Pineapple Juice, the Honey, and the Red Pepper Flakes in a bowl and throw in your boneless chops. Let them hang out in there for at least ten minutes, though 30 mintes or overnight in the fridge would be better! While that's going on, heat the oil in your skilet to high and slice your Red Bell Pepper! After your chops are finished soaking up the citrusy goodness, throw 'em in the skillet. Once you've achieved golden yumminess on the face down side, flip your chops over, pour in the rest of the marinade and throw in the Pineapple Chunks, Red Bell Pepper, the Garlic, and the Rosemary. Cover, bring the heat down to med-high and let it go for about 5 minutes. Take the cover off and let the liquid reduce to about an 1/8 of a cup (just enough to use as sauce!). Plate the chops, pour on the the Pineapple-Red Bell Pepper deliciousness and ENJOY! I ate mine with some sweet potato fries and corn!

This is without the honey. I know it's huge.
I hope you guys like it. Let me know.

Poor man's Lobster

one pound of halibut
one cup of sugar
1/2 cup of salt
pot of boiling water
butter dipping sauce with a little garlic salt

boil water. add salt and sugar. wait for the water to boil again and add the halibut. cook until the halibut is done (about 10-15min) or until the halibut surfaces for air.
take halibut out. rip a piece out. dip into butter sauce. enjoy.

SKYLINE CHILI DIP

ONLY works with skyline chili (that i know of lol)

cake pan or something similar nothin HUGE, just like around 6x9 or somethin
Philly cream cheese (one or two full boxes dependin how much you like this stuff
shreaded cheese I use american or cheddar
skyline chili (usually can or two)
Tortilla Chips or even fritos used for dipping. or if you like you can throw them into the mix

Take the cream cheese, spread it all on the bottom of the pan. You can put as much as you want. Just depends on how much you like cream cheese lol. but usually a nice thick layer. Take the chili and spread it over the cream cheese evenly. Take the shreaded cheese and spread as much of it as you like all over the chili. Put in the oven at about 375 till everything looks melted and the cheese starts to bubble a little. Take out and enjoy!!!

Skyline is a local chili. Its not spicy and its prolly not like most chilis youve had, but if you would like I can buy cans and ship them

You can also take this and put it into one of those small bags of fritos and eat with a fork. Called a walking taco. MMMM im makin this shiznit when i get home
