German chocolate cake, My teacher made it for our German class and gave us the recipe. Havent tried it yet , but it was really good. lol
1 (4 oz.) package Bakers German sweet chocolate. half cup boiling water. 1 cup butter. 2 cups sugar. 4 egg yolks. 1 teaspoon vanilla. 2 and a half cups cake flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. half teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten.
Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add yolks, beating well after each. Blend in vanilla and chocolate. Sift flour with soda and salt. Add dry mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into 3 prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
FROSTING
3 egg yolks. 1 cup evaporated milk. 1 cup sugar. 1 tablespoon butter. 1 and half cuop flaked coconut. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes, stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat; add coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Beat until cool and of spreading consistency. Frost between layers, top, and sides.
I typed it exactly from the paper he gave us, so I hope it turns out like the 1 from class.

Ramen noodles
1. boil water
2. put noodles in
3. put seasoning in
4. ramen noodles.
I like to add oregano to mine for extra flavor.
Actually I do have a good chipotle pasta dish I made up, its pretty good. I'll have to take the time to write it out.

One of my favorites - Hey! Stacks
Similar to a taco salad, very tasty.
Layer these on one plate per person, from bottom to top (chips are on the bottom)
Cheese
Salsa
Mayo (Miracle Whip or Thousand Island dressing is also good)
Vidalia Onion
Colored Peppers
Black Beans
Ripe Avocado
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Bite size tortilla chips
Again, be sure to start on a plate from the bottom up (chips, then lettuce, etc)
Looks terrific, and tastes even better! Eat the salad type part with a fork while popping chips by hand at the same time. Quantities of each plate depends on the person that it's for (I have a huge plate, my mom has a much smaller one). Be creative too, you can add more or not put on some things as you wish.

add seasoning to the ramen and then dump out the excess broth. put 2 ice cubes into bowl to cool it down, and add old bay to the ramen and stir. makes it even more delicious.
anyway, i wrote up a catfish diy a while ago. cant find it now though.
