It's heavier, cause it has a lot of extra ugly installed at the factory. wink1.gif Nah, I don't know if it it heavier or not, I don't see why it would be, it is almost the same thing except for the front and rear. I think if you were to get a 97 or 98 you might notice a difference with a 2nd gen, but I think 99's all came with disks all around. I don't think there were any other performance improvements though.

But I think officially, RD1 is 2595lbs and RD2 is 2650lbs.
Very minor. Not too sure where the weight comes from.
