Ham, you ever drove a GK? I personally thought they were too easy to get the tail to come around, and the get up and go, especially in the Delta, sucked my left nut.

Yup, my boss complains that the @$$ end slides out in the snow way too easy. She is of course a lady. Might be the problem wink1.gif
But seriously they should have improved the engine they had, but that's just my opinion.

Yes, I've driven a GK. Yes, I've driven a GK hard at the track.
You ever driven a course Redz? You want the back end of the car to come around to give you good entry in the straight to the next curve. Thats why track drivers don't want ABS, it doesn't let you slide the end of the car around some. If you want to stiffen the rear and keep it from swinging out wide, if the car is doing it too much, a 22mm rear swaybar does the trick for the GK and gets rid of that problem. $195.00 investment...
You can't beat the GKs liking to bolt-ons either. Intake, Header, Exhaust puts them @ 175 to the wheels. There are tens of GKs @ newtiburon.com at 198-200WHP naturally aspirated, and Supertibs is running 292 cams is at 218WHP untuned with stock compression. With tuning and bumping up the compression to 12:1, 240WHP isn't that hard to fathom for a mildly built street drivable GK.

I happen to like how easily I can swing the rear around on my Rd... but then, just might have something to do with how fast I go through rear pads and tyres... I burn through them faster than the fronts.
Honestly though, I have never driven the Gk.. I do happen to like it's looks and I do like the V6.. but I prefer my RD

Yup, and the way the GK end comes around, I don't like it. I can drift my tib into corners and drive it very well, the GK handles like a drunk senior citizen during double coupon days.

Sure you can. Serious doode, think about it. A Moderately Tuned V6 running 200HP. Barely. That's sad. I'm sorry, with the OEM weight alone, it's just sad.
Needless to say, this has turned into another "THE V6/GK/DELTA/NT.com" sucks ass.
Closed. If any new developments come up, let me know and I'll unlock it.
