Default Kore's f*in me, what should i do?

I bought a set of wires from them a year or so ago, and last year (5months+ ago) one of the wires broke. I contacted kore and sent them back, because they said they would replace them. But i've been put off and told "there on their way" for so long now. And now they're not emailing me anymore. Anyone know what i should do. I was thinking about taking them to the better business bureau.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried posting in their forum to get a response?

Have you tried calling them?


If you've tried both of the above, and they will not respond to your emails, then yeah, I guess you have no choice.

I would also try to email Snowman or one of the other moderators on their forum to see if they can interceed on your behalf.

I was trying to get some answers on some of their products awhile back and they answered one of 6 emails. The answer was "I'm not sure, I'll find out". The following 4 emails over the next 3 months didn't get me one answer on what the origional answer was.

Best thing to do would be email every address you can find for them, let them know that you've tried all you can to contact them (Just copy the same text into all the emails), and if you don't hear from them with a tracking # in a set amount of time (One week or such) you will contact the BBB or possibly the local Police Department (READ: 50, Po-Po) and talk to their internet fraud section.

If they have a #, go ahead and call too, it may cost a bit, but you'll have best luck that way. If you've emailed every address they have and been professional about it, and they DON'T return your email, your money, or your product, then follow up with the BBB and Police.

Just one last time.

funny, i thought i was the only one getting crapped out by kore. i ordered a turbo manifold, a head gasket and a membership almost 2 months ago. they said it would take 3 weeks for me to get the manifold.
i wrote over 30 emails, called everyday for a month. dan finally talked to me 2 weeks ago and said that someone with the same exact name as me, first and last name, had ordered the same exact thing as me. he said they had been talking to this other guy the whole time thinking it was me. funny, i am american indian and only my family has the same last name as me.
he said something about having to get the manifold from another place. the reason i have not gotten any shirts or stickers is because they had to hire someone else to do the drawings for the stuff. then the reason for the gasket was because they don't stock the size i want and they have to have a magical dragon come down and smelt gold leafs with barley sauce to create the gasket. well maybe not the dragon thing but heck he may as well said that to match the rest of the bs.
he said he would send me pics of the new manifold that he is supposedly getting for me....no pics.
he also said it would be another 3 weeks till i get the manifold...been 2 and no word from kore.

if you decide to do the bbb thing, let me know also. if you need me to sign anything or give any info, just give me a holler.
i dont mean to flame kore but i dropped quite a bit of money on them and cant get any info or product.

Your right you or anybody else thats bashing kore doesn't have a clue. First off Dan has been in and out of the hospital. Two, Him and dave have other full time jobs. Three, they still find time to run Kore. How insensitive are you all. Dave has been busting his balls basically running Kore himself. As for Dan, he needs to focus on his health. But even with all thats going on, he is still busting his *** so everyone that has orders will get their stuff. Your orders will be shipped. I could really say whats on my mind, but I really don't want to burn any bridges! Just have some patients.! You all will get your stuff, be happy and stop crying. rolleyes.gif

Dont worry guys.

I am waiting for some stuff now and its been about 8 months for my oldest order and 6 months for the last order.

Dan has been in the hospital lately as he seems to be having some problems with kidney stones.

Just be patient with him. You got to understand that they are trying.

No offense, but has Dan been in the hospital for the last 8 months? No, didn't think so.

Where have Decker's wires been for the last 5 months?

Where is Jaws021's replacement clutch? He's been waiting over 60 days for that.

What about Maier's orders? 6 months and 8 months????

Don't get me wrong, I understand the recent problem with emails not getting responded to having to do with dan being ill....but does not explain stuff that is MONTHS over due.

BTW...while we are discussing company customer service...I'm STILL waiting on my order from HDK...been 3.5 months and counting! flaming_ Hey, HDK... f_you_ma

dan sick...yeah sucks he is sick. but if you dont have time for a business...then you shouldnt have one. i thought there was alot of people helping him. they should help out more. everything ive ordered i got but the cs of kore just sucks. and hdk....um well. only ordered one thing. and got it. sucks though. i hate ordering stuff and not gettin it when THEY say it will be done. most people dont mind waiting if they know they have to at the beginning. not after they order.

Anyways, I understand the problems, and I understand being ill. Personally, if you find you are in over your head on stuff like that you either get some more help to run things or you give it up. There's no reason to not ship paid for parts, and if you don't have them, you should have something on the site saying if they are in stock or not. If they aren't, you gotta have some updates or something. Any of these companies that have spotty track records should really fix their acts, most of this can me prosecuted as internet fraud, illnesses or not.

Stock some popular stuff, have times for what's not stocked, keep in touch with your paid customers. It's simple eh?

Guess not.
