Kore's f*in me, what should i do?

Owning a Hyundai is great, isn't it? Seems like they (KORE, SR, etc) are trying (maybe not trying their best) to get us products for our cars and since there aren't many other companies doing the same thing, it's just something we gotta put up with. I haven't had any problems with SR and have never ordered from KORE, but like I said, they are trying...
Well considering that KORE is 2 people and 2 very dedicated people @ that, they are trying their best and we all know that Dan has some medical issues and he just got out of the hospital last night and he was even in the office on a SUNDAY a SUNDAY poeple give them a break ok, dan is getting exhausts and new things daily, I should know all the times I needed something I called kore and talked to Dan myself, talked to him evryday most likely everyday this week when my clutch went out to get a new one and sure enough I got it.

How is everyone supposed to know Dan just got out of the hospital when he or any of his crew never posted anything on his site?

Here it is made clear as to why people are not getting their orders. Quit telling people to ease up, because they just don't know. There is not a damn thing wrong with someone wanting something they spent their hard earned cash on in a timely manner.
There are better ways for someone to handle this. As I understand, he has only been in the hospital the past couple of days, so what's the excuse for the past 8 months??

Really Jason. It only takes a few seconds to write an email, or to update a webpage with info. They could put it on their info page that hasn't been updated in months.

all the Hyundai aftermarket distributors need to attend a Customer service seminar. they all suck to some degree, HP.com is the only one i haven't purchased from yet, but will probably get my wires from them, and CNK has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE reputation so far. no one flame me, i said C. service. im_with_
I actually like this thread. It gives us prospective buyers a chance to see who's good and who's not. I have been thinking about an exhaust system for my car. Though I haven't made up my mind on which one, I have made up my mind on where I will NOT be getting it from.
I completely agree with random. I can handle a week or two delay due to whatever reasons. I know that they probably don't get enough buisness yet to support themselves, but were not forcing those two guys to run a company. And i know he's been in the hospital, but its been a long time and he's lied to me about the status of my order.
I just want the status of whats happening. There is aboslutely no excuse to not answer emails. Even if, its a "i forgot about that, lemme get back to you".
And i'm sorry, waiting 8months and 6months for two orders TO the same person is just bad buisness. not to mention rude. I hope you get you shiet.
To date, i'm currently only happy with SharkRacing and Speedstate with products.
