Your right random, I don't understand customer service. Thats probably why the last company I worked for, I recieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating from our suppliers, vendors, and other corporate clients. Oh, the companies average was 93%. Hail to the king bow_down

Well its not in my book, but it's a fact is it not? As for Kore not being able to run a buisness. Kore was the first US aftermarket company to make stuff for hyundais. Seeing that they are still in business today, they must be doing something right I think. If you and the rest would have complained soley on Kores customer service, I probably would have had a good laugh and left it alone. What compelled me to speak out was when you mention fraud. The reason why I mentioned you as a newbie is that people who have been hyundai for awhile know Kore. They also know that Kore my be alot of things good and even bad, but they are not crooks or fradulant. My comments weren't a diss on you being a newbie but to try and clarify some things. I am not bragging about it, but I was right.

As for aiding Kore, you presented your facts as you see it and I and other presented the facts as we see it. Heres a question. If we and others got screwed by Kore, or thought Kore was a sore on the Hyundai Community why would " me and others be aiding them"? If you don't know the answer, then you really don't know. That wasn't a flame by the way eithier. After everything you said, I still hope you get your situation resolved.

So the simple fact that one person got their problem fixed is enough?

What about the others on Kore's forums that have asked questions, ordered parts, and are waiting for strut bars, replacement mounts, or exhausts for MONTHS now?

How about a sorry soul like me that had to email 10 times before I was answered once, and only a half answer then.

I didn't see anyone claim that KORE was being "fraudulant". Only folks trying to get the items they purchased, or some "communication" from the company they purchased them from. Is that so hard for you to understand?

Ouch, so Now I'm a "French" KORE fan? No, I think not. If you read THIS THREAD you'll see I defended KORE. I don't see the French defending the USA now. Bad analogy. But nice try.

So, since HDK is still in business, they must be doing something right, and we can compare HDK and KORE as similar?

The point of this thread was simply Decker asking for help. Once Decker asked for help, others joined in needing help. When this thread started, I sent the link to Dan and Snowman, and asked for one of them to respond. My attempts at emailing KORE on their behalf have not been responded to.

Rather than wasting time debating the painfully obvious into fuzzy oblivion, why not use some of those tongue.gif custma serviz skilz tongue.gif you got and try to help them? help suicide

HDK:
Everyone complains about HDK and how much they suck,but i received my guages in like 4 days. I was totally surprised.

Kore:
I have been trying to get in contact with them about ordering a kore front bumper with them but i want to put it on two diff cards(ie. split it between my debit and credit) i have e-mailed them about 5 times already no answer..i have called about 5 different days no answer ..i eventually got a answer machine yesterday and left a message. All i want is a kore front bumper to be on my car by summer sad.gif I will call again today to see if someone picks up..but if spike or anyone who talks to them can inform them of my predictament by e-mail is enfovast@cox.net..i am ready to purcahse ASAP

In business standards, KORE is very new. The fact that they are in busniess now doesn't mean a thing. The only two things that matter are your balance sheets and your public image......that's it. With orders going on 8 months without being shipped I would almost bet they are not turning much of a profit, if they were they could maybe afford to run the place with more than two people. As for image......well, it's not looking too good right now.
I never said the words fraud though you quoted me as saying so, however if you did look fraud up in the dictionary you may find that some of these peoples conditions could be defined as so, if not then borderline.

Why should someone have to go through Spike? Most businesses don't use their friend as a middle man, and I'm pretty sure this isn't taught in business ethics.

Kind of a flame here guy, plus my soda and coffee drinking habits have nothing to do with any of the issues here.

After all of the things you have said KORE has still:

Ignored emails
Left the customer uninformed
Not shipped items purchased
Not offered to refund cutomers purchases
Not left any mention anywhere on their site of the expected or unexpected delays.

In short, they have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. Perhaps you could take some of your energy and get your pal to start taking care of business instead of trying to defend him here, it would benefit the community much better.

I have been around a pretty long time. I remember when KORE first started offering CAIs.
Now, I dont care what excuse KORE has. Sick, only two guys. blah blah blah. If they wanan run a business and look professional. THey need to ACT it as well. I dont care if hes Sick, or has another job, blah blah. That does not cut it in the business world. Microsoft does not get a break from releasing the next windows late cause he was sick. If they cant handle being professional. They need give the backyard shop look. which is really how they are acting at the moment. and explain to ppl if an off side business and they are not professional. the telling truth will only help you in the long run.

Now in defense, They have gotten BETTER but they are still no place near the next quality of shop up from them.

Of course he did. If I was KORE and ran the business as they. I would make sure to treat those that praise the business and special big names in the community like Red, Random, Jaws021. Cause if they bitch about the products people will listen to them.

People are not gonna listen to noobs who have bought items and are having problems.


I really just think KORE needs to drop the professional act and start showing people who they are.

Can't we all just get along?

Its true about the orders that KORE is taking. It does seem to take way too long on their part.

I know that Dan has bad health and his suppliers are at times iffy, but you have to consider that there ARE paying customers that are waiting on the other side.
