i use my left hand pretty much all the time. Unless im talkin on cell which is rare!

i think it depends on which states drivers manual your reading and when you read it. it used to be 10 and 2 in ky, but they've changed it. prob. due to the airbag thing mad was talking about.

I voted for either. Usually I use my left because of driving a manual my whole life. But usually when making bat mobile type turns I use the right cause it is easier to palm the wheel with your dominate hand. I only use both hands on the wheel when I am driving over 80mph or going around sharp turns faster than you should.

I know the first thing I thought when I saw the thread name. laugh.gif

it must be hard for a lefty to drive a manual..
can you imagine shifting with your left hand? (assuming you are right handed) that'd be weird.

Yeah when I tell people I am right handed but use the left hand on the mouse I get looked at sideways lol.

no it's supposed to be 9 and 3 now....but like i said i do that out of like panic when i see a cop behind me. lol. i dunno why, it's just what i do without even thinking. i don't drive that like otherwise. no one knows what i mean about my arm on the door? lol. oh well. hard to explain. smile.gif

Anyways, ontopic, left on wheel and right on shifter, left elbow seems to always rest perfectly on the door handle laugh.gif
