I dont think thats the broblem. The tb would still let it through unless you let off the gas completely and then I think the IAC would grab it instead of it going all the way back. Sure, some may get back to the MAF but not enough to cause a problem I dont think

I don't think the IAC would do anything since RPM will still be high.. IAC should kick in when rpm gets low (about 2k) right?

No, when the throttle plate isnt open, the IAC is. Air needs to be coming in at all times or it will die

Oh, you're right, something would break or it would die if all air intake paths were closed..

The fuel still has some drips once the pressure is cut off. It makes sence that it might be still present. I need to find out more about what is going on. It's either drips going down to the filter and being re-vaporized, or it's just plain spraying around.
