one suggestion from recent experience, keep in touh with the alarm company or the place that did the install. some companies relace their alarms every couple of years. I had a Clifford w/remote start and all the bells and whistles installed back in late 99 early 2000. Had some problems recently took the car in and was informed that they no longer make that model, have no new brains and I would only be able to get a referbished one. oh well, uninstalled that & installed another....
