Seriously dont bother. Even if you get them out you will have to have a sand blaster to get that much paint off. Just wait till you get the new pieces and then if you want to paint them then use your paint. Dont wast good paint and valuble time.

LMAO, stick a scewdriver (flathead) in their and pry them out. They are just sittin' in their with block ends on them that snap into holes in the dash. It's easy, they are on either side of the vent, horizontally.

But you are going to have a FUN time sanding those parts. lmao.gif

uugh... use some paint thinner. that will definitely work but other than that i don't know of any other way to get that crap off.

i'm really glad you're trying to do this bro. you need to do it the right way.

don't change the colors to black and green, stick with a dar dark metallic flake man. you don't want bright vs. dark on these things. you want black with a sparkle of dark dark color. but i'm up for anything so far it's looking good you know, try new things i guess.

Lay off the kid, he's trying to do shit RIGHT for the first time and all he's hearing is sarcasm from all of you about how ugly it is...as if he doesn't know that, I mean look at the kid's SIGNATURE for christ's sake. WOW, I just can't believe some of the responses in this thread, it seriously blows my mind. YES, it's ugly, but how many threads are you going to tell him it's ugly in? he's TRYING TO DO IT RIGHT, so HELP.

We are, but doing it right, is not just painting over the other 5 layers of paint on that shit.
