Looking pretty good.I'm glad to see that you used MDF.Alot of times beginning box builders use wood that is not "accoustically dead".Make sure that you caulk the internal seams and use alot of poly-fill.Also, make sure that your subs don't slosh around inside the mounting holes. In other words,be sure that the mounting holes are cut out just right.Otherwise you'll need to seal them up real well.

Threw me off with the cut holes being a different size than the circles you drawed. Were you planning on using bigger subs and then stepped down or what? The box itself looks good tho!

Re: OZ-BBTB
uh yeah, i dunno what happened with those holes. using math....they shouldve been right....but all my other math was right so its all good. and yes we got polyfill in it and are buying some more tomorrow. and there is a LOT of chalk on all the core box seams. there are new air leaks ANYWHERE. we went to extremes to make sure of that.....laugh.gif
and thanks for the comments and all the help planning this.

Re: Clutch problem
How did or is the box mounted? And I guess from the looks of it that the box is just sitting on the upper floor in the trunk over the spare?
