hmmm.... i think my power line and my rca's run down the same side too.... whys it that didnt happen to me?

Just one more quick question about this. Will this still happen if I run the RCA cables next to the Remote wire too? Don't ask me why, but when I ran all the wires initially, I put the remote wire and power wire on opposite sides of the car...
yeah, it can. you want the remote wire and power wire down one side of the car, and the rca cables down the other. the remote wire is actually a power wire, it just doesnt have to be big because its just used as a turn on lead.
I know this from working with a studio engineer.. if you HAVE to cross a power cable with an audio cable.. do it at right angles.. if you lay them side by side you can get interference from the magnetic field the power cables set up, at a right angle, the cables do not have a chance to form that sympathetic field.

EEEeeeekkkk..........wrong answer!! The remote turn on wire does not carry enough current to induce noise into the RCA's.There is absoultly no problem running the remote and RCA's together.
You also have to be careful how you mount the amplifier.You can have noise induce directly into the amp from chassis ground.
