Interior Painting
OH...yeah I should've known that you were kidding. Long is the one who painted the radar detector white, but I've seen other people do it too. I'm so obsessed that when I turn my phone on it says "The Irish Shark"...overkill?
FAST.SHARK...what/who is TFAF? I'm not to keen on the forum slang.

You mean you weren't inspired by the wonderful default "DRIVE SAFELY" message? smile.gif
You guys have all got me inspired...I want to do some interior painting now, too. But what colour would look good with the darker green of the first-generation Tibs? If I went with any shade of green, it would have to match the exterior EXACTLY (I'm anal about stuff like that)...maybe a dark grey?
And finally...TFAF = TFATF = The Fast And The Furious.

hey can somebody help me out I want to paint the interior of my 99 tiburon white, but i have no idea how to do it. If anybody can give me instructions and tell me what type of paint to use, or help me out in any way possible, it would be greatly appreciated.
i've tried to remove the shifter surround before. i used every size of that little tool that's used to remove bolts that are on the shifter surround but none of them fit right. is there a special tool i'm supposed to use? i have a stick shift.
(the little tool refers to those L-shape octagon tools--maybe hexagon...forgot)

Hey Sharkman, thought I might be able to assist you a little bit as I am still learning something new on this board everyday. Regarding what kind of white paint to use for the interior of your car. I just went to automotive store(Auto-Zone) & purchased some general purpose enamel spray paint. I ended up painting my door panels of my 99' Tibby and the center console where my cd player is etc. It turned out really looking good. Now if you paint your door panels I believe there are (3) screws on bottom of door & (2) on each end of door. Be careful when taking off & putting door back on not to break off the little plastic tabs(screw-like). I hope I have enlightened you a little. Good luck man!
