yes the tach signal is good. i have remote started it many times already

the problem i am having with the remotes is that when i do the on-off-on-off-on and hold the program button it never chirps, and both of my remotes are two way...they are the round one with the clear buttons and the button are surpose to light up. havent seen it yet though

 

batteries could be low. and try to do the on off on off on off on a little slower.. it sometimes takes the right timing to do it!
