i take it that's one of those gel ones? you should be squared away, but you'll be putting strain on the battery even still. Caps are ment for the quick power discharges needed by bass amplifiers. Batteries have only a certain ammount of charges and discharges before they become worthless. To maintain peak performance (sterio AND vehical) test your battery every once in a while while the car's off and make sure it's 12V +- .5
If your battery starts to go, your amp will be pulling directly from your alternator. Eventually your 90A alternator will be running your car AND your 80A Amplifier... 1200W / about 15V = 80Amps
This is not good news, the coils in your alternator will blow.
Add a so called "digital cap" it will prolong your battery's life 10 fold, and give you a voltage reading... when that reading starts to drop (car off) to 11.5V, it's time to change your battery.

but i was wondering if someone can show some pics of existing places where the power cable can go from the battery into the car.
Im completeley done dynamating the car so the next step is to just get all the wires ready for the subs and amps
