I am very happy with my Infinity products. I have the basslink in the back, and the kappas in the doors. Now I need something to replace the stock rears with.
java buy another pair of 6 1/2 or 6 3/4. bring over an old 6x9 and the box the new one's come in and i'll make you a mounting plate. right now i have 4 image dynamics 6 1/2 and 2 30 mm image tweeters. it's awsome since i took out the by 9's

Yeah, you get much better sound out of a round speaker....better dynamics and cleaner sound.

So should I go with another set of the 62.5i Infinity speakers? Or would you recommend something else? I would like you to look at my basslink sometime and make sure I have it "tuned" properly. I can work on computers all day long, and possibly in my sleep, but stereo equipment confuses me. smile.gif
LOL, that's pretty funny....I am normally just too worn out to work on my ice, it about killed me spending one of my days off wiring the interior neon. I did the head unit , speaker and amps when I was in between jobs a couple of years back so it wasn't that bad...

unless solo has some tricks up his sleeve, you would need to get smaller speakers. the 62.5i is 6.5" and part of the 6x9 is only 6".
if i were you, id get the Infinity Kappa Perfect 5.1 component system. if you dont wanna amp your speakers though, youd be fine with the Infinity KAPPA 52.5i.

Audio is Get what you pay for... and infinity is one of the best. How much was he asking?
he was selling them a month ago. He sold his car and bought a used one that already had a Boston Pro Series in it, so he was selling his Infinity Kappa's that were only a month old at the time. He was asking $55 for front speakers and $60 for his 6x9's. I didn't feel the need at the time to get speakers, since I've been spending money elsewhere on my car lately. maybe I should have :?
