12v Source From Door?

Where can i get a 12v source from my door panel??

Im putting neons in the little pockets on the door, and i cant find a 12V source?

IDK where one is in the door but you can prolly have a wire from the fuse box (strip a wire find an empty fuse spot wrap the wire around a fuse prong and put the fuse in) right there and run it with the little wires to the door.

either whenever i turn my lights on, or just whenever the car starts up...

i tried hooking it up to the green wire...but it dont think i was getting any power from it??

i wasnt sure which wire was which tho on my neon....is the clear w/ stripe usually the ground or power???

i tried it both ways...but no luck either way

any suggestions???

I ran a power wire to the doors for my lights. Looks great.

there is a green/white wire running to the power window switch. you want to tap into that one.

which wire is usually the power wire for neons???

i have a clear w/ blue stripe...and just a clear wire
i forget which one was which when i removed them from under my seats

He just told you what wire. The green with a white stripe.

It's in everyone's door, you may have to peel some covers out of the way to find it.

Tibby01, how about a CONSTANT power in the door? LOL

he means the wires connected to the neons, and i dont know. i would go with the one that has the stripe being power though.
