Tiburon Header and Cat Converter Complete Set
That "tube" at the end is what they call a cat converter. I wouldn't reccomend using it. Also, if you notice, the second 02 sensor points STRAIGHT UP. If that ends up in the wrong place due to engine movement, it will snap your o2 sensor right off. You should always have o2 sensors at a 90 degree angle to the road surface...
The OBX header and the one you posted from importshark are the same.
Random, that O2 bung looks to be in about the same place as the one on my SR 4-2-1 header. While I am not saying it is optimal placement, it has survived 30,000 miles that way. I think you meant to say the bung should be parallel to the road, but it is all good. That is how I put my second O2 sensor.
Romey, that header is fine, there is an RPW on sale in the for sale forum on another board that would probably be good if you have a manual transmission. It is 250 plus shipping, but would require a little more work on your end by getting exhaust work at the same time.
As far as cats, lots of people go with carsound cats. I like my catco from summitracing, it think it is this one

Decide on size exhaust you would go with and we can reccomend parts. I would go with one of these while you are at it

Also, where in Mizzou are you at? I live in Iowa, so, I'm not too far away.

3" is pretty big for a tib, unless you are going with a good size turbo. I would personally go with the obx header, 2.5" cat, 2.5" piping and a 2.5" glasspack. Get all mandrel bent tubing with a good muffler and you should be set. Right now, there is a FORZA tuning catback that you could adapt to the header that I think is 2.5" diameter. It might even bolt right up, not sure though.

$229 for a SS 2.5" exhaust is a pretty good deal, if you could get that, it wouldn't be too bad. The header, cat and exhaust should make you pretty happy, for a while.

I purchased a Key Performance 4-2-1 header and I am extremely pleased with it. I didn't get a dyno, but there is a tonne more mid-range and top end with it. They claim a 12% increase, and I have no reason to doubt them.
That said, they are a little pricy and you will have to get your exhaust done at the same time. The runners extend quite a bit past the stock setup, so they don't bolt up to a stock exhaust, nor will they bolt up to a standard cat. back without modification.

I thought you might like to see the SSAutochrome system (4-2-1 + cat +
midpipe + box with 4" single exit) installed. Its a 5 hour garage fit, with a couple of very minor alts needed. My only complaint is that it is far 2 loud - I've had to cut out the supplied muffler and replace it with a Powerflow one - it still sounds like a WRC tho

Oh! and I'm a little concerened about the roasted water hose - see pic.

Ok, yes the bungs are ok.
The header is nice and sounds great.
No, don't use the "race cat" because it is basically a test pipe with no catacombs in it.
SSAutochrome is reputable but you can usually get it a little cheaper from Importshark.com.
SR is overpriced IMO.
I have the header on my car and love it.
2.5" unless you are going turbo, then 3".
(all the above is just my opinion laugh.gif)

just got my full setup in the mail. going to install it as soon as the weather stops sucking.. 4-2-1 header, race-cat (test pipe) full cat-back. shipping took 3 days, for the midpipe.. the headers and rear section took 2 days No complaints in the quality of the parts looks wise, will give you my feedback once it's installed.

Did the headers roast the hose? (We are talking te one to the radiator or the one between the thermostat and the waterpump?
