what year Elantra will work? is there a VIN anywhere on our tranny?

 

i dont know about the tranny, i cleaned selinas swap manual pretty good and i dont remember seeing anything

and any beta I elantra should work

 

i just swaped my tranny from a 99 Lantra for my fx coupe no probs at all,

blew the old gearbox

I have my spare one just sitting in the shed do you need any measurements off of it?

(hint to take the tob off the pressure plate you get a pair of needle nose pliers sitck them between the pp and tob where the circlip has the join and open the pliers while pulling on the tob it will pop right off the 1st time was a pain in the ass

top mount

bottom rear and front mounts that sit on the braceabar
