Default Car won't start

My 2000 Tiburon won't start and I was hoping you guys could help me out. The RDTiburon group was always helpful in the past and so was Hyundaiaftermarket.

Anyway the problem:

My car doesn't get fuel to the fuel rail or spark when I turn the key. The car somehow will start if I spray starting fluid into the intake. It will run only if the rpm's are held higher than 2k.

So far this is what I have checked or replaced:

I have recently replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump

I do get fuel to the rail when I run power to the fuel pump test connector

Fuel pump does not turn on when the key is turned to the on position before starting the car

Battery is getting correct voltage

The ground by the battery has been cleaned of paint and rust

Crankshaft position sensor has been replaced with a new one

I have tried another ECM that I have been sitting on that is supposedly good

No matter what I check or do so far the car will not start. It seems like it isn't getting good spark, but with ether it seems to give it that little extra umf that it needs to turn over. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

I said crank sensor, saw you changed that already

Are there any codes in either computer?

Is there power at the coils when the key is on?

Check voltage at the fuel pump. Check fuses.

Fuses are all good, relays have been swapped with other known working relays

I think you already found the problem. It's not getting fuel, test your pump. Even new pumps can go bad.

I checked the fuel pump by running a jump wire to the test connector by the iac and the pump works...its not the fuel pump

Even with the fuel pump jumped and running the car does not start because it gets no spark

If the car starts with starting fluid, the engine is not getting fuel. If the pump is working......
