Best Headlight bulb replacement ?
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any of you had a Good replacement bulb for high beams you could recommend ?
OR,,,Have any of you ever used the Philips Rally H1 12V 100W in a 01 Tiburon ?
I wanted to try this one , But Don't know how the lense (stock Plastic I assume ?) will deal with the heat ?
I live out in some Major Rural area,, Great Windy roads,,It's pretty much Farm land with Amish and Buggies, Horses,,and LOTS of Deer!! LOL
I do a Lot of Driving at night and want as Much Light as Possible when I Click on the High Beams.
I Figured Something like this Philips Rally H1 12V 100W would be the ticket ??
Any Advice from experience would be Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks For your time and Consideration , Sincerely Desode

Get HIDs. They are inexpensive these days, produce the most light, and last longer and won't burn out your harness trying to use a 100 watt bulb.

35W HIDs are all you'll ever need and light up the road like you wouldn't believe.
IIRC 55Ws have caused heat problems, so keep with 35s and you'll be good. I got mine here: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W They've been great and weren't a whole lot more than a good set of bulbs. Install was quick too. Just keep with a reasonable color temp (white or close) or the quality of light will suffer.
