Clear packing tape will hold your window up for 3 weeks if you reapply it a couple times.

 

Yea there was boards holding the windows up when I bought it. I replaced both regulators , had to get the motors too ( they wouldn't separate them but for $100 for both complete units not too bad ) so now I have 2 good extra motors. Man once those cable holder grooved pulley things wear out they cant be fixed , I tried , bad idea . . Happy now though .

 

What type of glue / sealant would you recommend to reseal my corner / park light lens ?

 

I recommend a new set of lights, or clear silicone.

 

I cant really afford new ones right now. I looked at some stuff , Does it need to be adhesive as well as silicone?

 

I looked at some clear epoxy but I believe I know what your talking about now , clear RTV gasket maker / sealant correct ? Does the light just pop out after removing the screw ?

Thanks , I thought is was something like that but wanted to be sure there wasn't a hidden screw / bolt .
