Nice cuffed up jeans too haha, very European of you jk

Let us know if those codes are any problems.</div>

WTF? is everyone hating on my fashion sense???? lmao.

I'm gonna hit the junk yard for a manifold later today be able to drive it legally until I get the right manifold from an EXD member and get the whole exhaust done. G\I'm going to get insurance and tags today as well on my lunch hour.

In all honesty I didn't expect it to start up at all. I went into this completely blind and lacking tools and know how. I mean I have been around cars my whole life. But aside from easy stuff (brakes, axles oil changes and bolt ons) I didn't know what I was getting into. I feel sooooo I don't know, Proud maybe? I did this all alone with little help from anyone and I'm looking at another accent to swap that was used in the brutal murder of a large white tail deer. lol.

Total money spent thus far (including the purchase price of the car. $1319.23. HA!!!

Gonna be OEM manifold for now (why buy a header if I'm gonna boost?) 2.25 mandrel bent back to a greddy sp2 muffler. It should sound better on this than it did on my elantra that (with a header) sounded like a b18 Honda.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(slyderdai @ Mar 25 2009, 09:08 AM) </div><div class='quotemain'>The problem I have come into with sorting the wiring out is the coils. I need to look at the alpha coils and figure that out. I also cannot find the IAT, and the purge valve sensor wires???? I'm gonna get my cousin to bring my XD to the house so I can compare wires as well.
Oh and I may have a lead on a shop in Florida that can reflash the 1.6 ECU to have the 2.0 maps!!! There is a thread on EXD about it. If that works he is going to sell tuning kits (that are cheaper than the AEM fic) that are plug and play and you can get rid of certain parameters (such as o2 sensors and what not for emissions)</div>

Hey sly, congrats on the swap. I've had my beta for about a couple years now and i love it. Can you please inform me of this shop, because I live in FL and I would love to get my ECU reflashed to the 2.0 for power reasons. Thank you.
