Default Internal Mods

Ya know, it seems to me just by looking at a lot of people's parts list, most people are ecstatic just dumping a beta/turbo into their cars. Has anyone here seen what a beta motor with fully built internals will do? I'm starting to purchase all things necessary (starting with the motor lol), and i'm SERIOUSLY considering dumping every internal build i can into the 2.0. At that point it should be a 4g63, capable of hold damn near 30 pounds of boost on a daily basis. I mean, c'mon, 2.0 with turbo bolted on runnintn 5-10 PSI, or fully forged internals and 15-30 PSI via EBC? it SEEMS like a no-brainer, but i'm wondering why no one else has done it...

any thoughts upon MY thoughts?

Sean (Yamaha) pushed his Beta to 32 psi on stock internals. so the beta has tons of potential. you dump 432 WHP into a 2800 pond accent and you have a 10 second car easy.

I didn't see most of those internal parts on horsepowerfreaks.com for an Alpha or Beta. Where did you find them on there? You planning on running that in the Alpha or Beta? If you're running a Beta don't get a header for an Accent, it won't bolt up. Get one for an Elantra with the Beta II.

Search Tiburon parts; they all specify year and displacement, and most of them even say Beta.

None of the damper kits will bolt on right, although the shock itself could be used with a custom bracket.

The IM gasket is for the V6.

Avoid the throttle rotor IMO, all it does is let you floor the throttle pedal faster. I don't know about you but the 3" travel it has stock doesn't seem excessive.

At a glance looks like the rest of the horsepowerfreaks.com list should work. I searched under Elantra, which is funny because the engine internals interchange but they don't have them listed for the Elantra at all.
