like the title i know sfr sells 1.8 camshafts to drop into 2.0s for improved timing and i know i've heard of this before, but I'm wondering what your opinions would be of how well that would work out for a beta2 with cvvt, think it would have adverse affects and conflict with the cvvt system?
obviously i'd never buy from sfr, i'd just pull form the junkers but i don't want to go through the work to find it just facks things up if someone on here has any input.

It seems like there is a thing on one of the CVVT camshafts that couldn't be removed and put on the 1.8l cams. Maybe I'm wrong though. I think I've only seen a picture of the CVVT cams one time.

the 1.8 camshafts are hydraulic and the beta II's are mechanical (or vice versa) I know Keyan on EXD has a set of regrinds for sale for the beta II with cvvt. They were from colt cams and he is selling them for mad cheap.
The cams on the Beta 2 are already more aggressive than the beta 1. Now with the Beta 1 1.8 cam I don't think you can use it, and the goings wouldn't be that great anyways.
