You should be able to secure them better. I never had that issue.

Hmm...so they're aftermarket actuators, right? To lock/unlock the doors when it came with manual locks?

For mine it was just secured against the door frame and hooked to the locking rod. A little foam sheet between the actuator and the door panel prevented rattling. Maybe yours are enough different though that it causes other problems...

Sooo what's your exhaust setup? I know you have the header. I'm not using one I can't take the raspy SH*T any longer on my Elantra. I'm getting an OEM manifold for it and it's back to the shop to rework the exhaust for the 7th time (5th) this year.

For the beta swap I'm thinking wrapped header, Magnaflow cat, a stock elantra Resonator and a Greddy SP2 muffler to a 3 inch tip peeking out the back. should be nice and free flowing with a little growl to it.

If you ever get a chance to do up some exhaust clips post em up.

Exhaust set up as follows.

OBX 4-2-1 header with wrap.
Magnaflow cat "hi-flow"
2" exhaust.
Dont know what the muffler is, but its shitty and Im getting another one. I dont like it. When I get a new muffler, I will try to take some video.

It seems on cold mourning the car hesitates to start up. But, it does start. When I turn it over it turns over then bogs down and then goes to normal idle. This all happens in about 5 secs. Only on cold mornings. Any ideals on what this could be?
