haha, some searching would have helped you alot.. I would recommend you go turbo instead of supercharging.
A small turbo will give you more power (since you can easily up the boost) than a supercharger will and will spool up very fast.
There was only one that was made for the RD/J2s and that was alpine, its been discontinued a long time. would be hard to even find someone selling one.
NGM makes a supercharger for the GK, but don't know if it will fit in the J2 engine bay, my guess is NO and its expensive. (5000$ for their intercooled, 'tuned' kit) Its a really nice setup, but expensive and not sure if it would even fit in your bay.

auto isn't worth any FI, even nitrous, unless you plan on building it up and reinforcing it.
i see no reason why s/c = auto and t/c = manual....
went to that link expecting some reaonsing behind that ideal and all i saw was a hyundai wagon in need of some different rims.

Plus, an auto has advantages in a turbocharged system vs. a supercharged system since you don't close the throttle body during shifts and the turbo speed is not connected directly to engine rpm.

Vehicle: MC + RD2 + AW11 + 944 = 4x Win
But back on topic(ish). Yes, turbo the beast if you plan to FI.
Superchargers are WAY over priced for the gains seen. Scope turbosocks store and pick a nice alternative. You won't be sorry
