Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

Whats everyones opinion on this?

I had two Diamond Audio 15s on a 1000 watt RF amp in my Tib and never had dimming problems, with or without my Optima. They hit pretty damn hard.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that unless you've got over a grand invested in those amps, they're not 2000 and 4000 watts, despite what may have been printed on the box.

heres the specs on the 2000 watt pushin the 15s.

RMS @ 4 Ohm Mono 500 x 1 ch
RMS @ 4 ohm Stereo 200 x 2 ch
RMS @ 2 ohm stereo 300 x 2 ch
Max Power 1200 watt
Fuse Rating 2 x 25 amp
9.6 Wide x 2.2 height 18 Length

Mosfet Power Supply
Gold Plated set Screw Terminals
Soft start mute circuit
Power and protection LEDs

the "4000" watt is a whole nother animal, its like bigger than the subwoofer box lol

Well, there's the proof. 2x25 amp fuses. That's a max of 600 watts (V x A=W), not 2000.
