You have to start by removing the transmission and inspecting the clutch.

Did you install the kit or did a transmission shop do it? Could also be a faulty kit you bought from Rock Auto. Not sure I would trust any clutch parts from them.

I have had one issue with a part from RockAuto and they fixed it in a hurry. Not trust clutch parts?

Based on what you are saying; I would go look at the hydro system. Did something come loose or fluid leak out - master or slave give up with odd timing? If it was a beta I would go with the throw out bearing slipped its snap ring, but I am 94ish % sure the 1.5 is a push type.

so got the call this morning,..upon removing the inspection cover, lots of fibers present and apparently left front break caliper sticking. so if one or more calipers are sticking, could this cause excessive strain on the new clutch.where would you all advise getting parts from. dealer aint happening not spending 400+ just for individual parts???

Quick Reply: no clutch
