Stripping TPS Screws

Thanks for the advice guys! I don't have any cutting tools so I ended up hammering a flathead screwdriver into the screw to make a new slot and this worked fine. Now I just have to find a good TPS, because the one I picked up at the junkyard doesnt work. Thanks!

The TPS screws are very soft. SO make sure you use a good screwdriver/bit and make sure you PRESS IN as you turn. If you're just turning, you will round off/strip the threads.

Next time TEST the TPS in the junkyard before you bother to remove it!

Yea it's always a good idea to bring a digital multimeter to the junker to test simple things like that, sux payin for something tht doesn't work

next time use needle nose vise grips, those little screws are no match.
