like i said i have less then 8k... injectors just cant be dirty

sh*t, mine squeak a little bit. at first, it was just on start up, then it went away, but now it seems to stay. but it only does it at idle, not when there is any throttle applied. i'm gonna pick up some belt dressing tomorrow and see what happens. from what i've heard, belt dressing fixes it pretty well.

Hey guys don't forget about the PCV valve too. That makes a ticking noise at idle. I thought i had a really bad HLA until i honed in on the ticking and it came from the PCV valve (located on the driver's side of the car in the engine bay) doing it's job.

Jon.....belt-dressing is available in some U.K. autostores, it`s a clear liquid in an aerosol spray, made by Comma & works beautifully.
The other morning, in the dark, I sprayed it on my windscreen in mistake for de-icer!....the friction-properties are so good that the wiper-blades wouldn`t move against the glass!....it took foerever to get it off using meths..
