Here are prices for each product you need.

CAI ($250(plus S/H) + $0 installation)
BBTB ($350(plus S/H) + $? installation)
Header ($350(plus S/H) + $50-80 installation)
Brand or Custom Catback(with muffler) ($250-700 + $100 installation)
Zex kit ($490 + $? instllation)

Total: $2000 +/- 30%

Those mods should give your Tibby a nice 70-90HP boost.

You might consider buying performance tires(plus new wheels if you want) after you install NOS kit.

 

Alpine turbo will give Tibby approximately 40-50 WHP, according to Random. Plus, I think you need to spend a lot of money to install and properly tune it.

For Zex NOS kit, I think you might be able to find a good deal if you search the net... or just ask any NOS guy in this forum. I am not sure where to buy NOS kit for Tibby. Sorry.

The stage 2 is $4000 before upgrades, the stage 1 is $3600 before upgrades.
