Still nothing everything seems pinned right even tho I'm getting that steady 5 volts from the signal wire on the crankshaft

Sorry I meant to say from the sensor!

Anyways, I finally figured out the problem which was a mix of a bad crank sensor and also another wiring issue with my ECU. Re-did some wiring then swapped out the sensor and she runs!! And quite well for the first start up too. Still trying to work out why the rad fan isnt turning on causing overheat. Im guessing bad ect sensor cause the relay switch, fuse and fan motor all check out. Thanks for the help everyone im glad to have this beast going
