Well, this group buy is now three months and counting and still just as far away as it was three months ago. To be honest, I am not even sure the company will honor the quote they gave us 4 months ago. I know I have sent about 50 PM's to folks on the site. Everyone who even hinted at wanting a set of these or even mentioned them in a thread. I even tried a lower number of participants to see if that would fly. Emails and a front page space on the site as well.

I am seriously giving this one more week. Mods, as of May 16th, if we have not filled our group buy, then please close this thread. On a site with over 6,000 members and only 3 want these reproduced bad enough to sign up, well, I think that says it all right there.

Even with the raise in the price for the group buy, I would still be fronting about 1,200 bucks out of my pocket to get these done. The idea was to make my money back and pay for my set with the 4-5 extra sets that I would be purchasing to resell. I am not so sure I want to do that now seeing the lack of interest in these skirts. I sure as heck dont want to be out 1200 bucks AND be sitting on parts that I will never get rid of.

So, there has to be some SERIOUS extra support for these to be made, or the group buy is closed. Sorry for the bad news, but maybe this will finally kick people in the butt and get them to sign up. If not, I am sorry, but I also have to look out for my best interests. I really wanted to help you guys out, but there simply has to be more support.

 

How much money have you collected. I can run these through at ITZ right now. My account was locked for a few months, but now its free and clear, and if you want, I'll let you run these through with the few people you have ready to pay right now. They'll pay you, and production will start. I couldn't offer this until last week, but now I can put anything new through. I've made some HUGE progress getting these back in order, and everything has changed from when I sold these to you. SO, the question is, do you still want this to happen. I can make that happen right friggin now, and have you ship these to my business addy, 91710 in Chino CA so that I can get them in production within a week after receiving them. Orders would ship out as soon as the mold is done.

In the past, I screwed up handling money, and I kept shooting myself in the foot with production runs. But I'm about to cash out everybody I owe a single penny to, and things can pick up where they left off 3 years ago making RD and GK parts under the FlyRyde name. I screwed up bad, and it took 3 years to fix, and its about fixed now. Not quite yet, but I'm expecting money that will be used to pay off everyone before the 18th of this month. So let me know if you want these, and they'll be available to everyone in FG or Carbon forever. I was DYING when I had to say goodbye to this project, and I think its time we just slam em out. Interested?

That's probably a good thing. Well, like I said, I have plenty of stuff that will be cleaned up by the 18th of this month at the latest, ^ including your LSD smile.gif and I want to make sure that when the slate is clean, I follow up by providing even more for you guys (and myself in that regard, lol). I want cool RD parts as much as anyone smile.gif

Ok, Chris has really stepped up! So, we still need at least 1 more person, 2 would be better to get this thing off the ground finally!

Pascoile, pile_of_rd1, demon_wolf, help me out you guys! I am going to start PMing folks again to try to get them on board. You do the same. Anyone you can think of or have seen wanting a set of these. Try to get them on board. Price is still the same, 250 a set as of then, and as of now.

Chris and I went over the numbers and we still need 2 more folks to make this happen. I am still serious about closing this group buy after this weekend if we dont get more support. No more whining about not having the money. Anyone and everyone who is interested in this had better step up, or their gonna be gone.
